Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our tanning salon. We strive to provide you with the best possible tanning experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

Refunds for Services:
We do not offer refunds for tanning services already received. However, if you experience an issue during your tanning session that is within our control, such as a malfunctioning tanning bed or insufficient tanning lotion, please notify our staff immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and provide you with a satisfactory tanning experience.

Refunds for Products:
We offer refunds for products purchased from our tanning salon within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please bring it back to our tanning salon with your original receipt. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Refunds for Membership Packages:
We offer refunds for unused portions of membership packages within 5 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your membership package, please contact us at the address listed below. We will work with you to determine the appropriate refund amount based on the unused portion of your membership package.
